Phil Cobley

Phil completed almost 15 years working for Bedfordshire Police and ERSOU (Eastern Region Special Operations Unit), most of that time working as a Sergeant, with his last few years working within Digital Forensics and cyber crime investigations. Phil developed his skills as a digital forensics trainer and digital learning designer both working for MSAB and then eventually running his own digital learning company.  After working as a contractor for Control-F, Phil joined full time as the company’s Digital Learning Manager in January 2022 before stepping up into the Training Development & IT Manager role in 2024.

Phil enjoys being active, whether he is out running, hiking, face-planting trying (and failing) to snowboard, or even just joining friends for a pub quiz. Phil is also a keen video and board gamer, often enjoying a nostalgic retro gaming session!
