About you

You’ll have experience in digital forensics. Or not.

For some of our support roles, it really doesn’t matter to us if you have worked in the industry or not. What does matter is your attitude. You’ll be a friendly, confident and approachable team-player with an absolute drive to be the best you can be, no matter what your role is with us. You’ll bring a positive can-do attitude, a problem-solving approach and a strong admin game.

Other roles will need different experience, like a digital forensics background, the ability to stand up in front of a group of delegates and teach, some serious technical skills or even previous experience working in law enforcement (because a lot of our business involves working with police forces across the UK).

As we have said before, the ability to look after our delegates and put customer care at the top of your ‘to do’ list is essential.

About us

We are a digital forensics training provider offering scheduled, on-site and online courses spanning both mobile device and computer forensics. We deliver training to the majority of UK police forces as well as to private companies and overseas law enforcement too.

As a team, we work closely together. Every person has a key role to play, whether that’s booking people on courses, booking taxis and accommodation, dealing with complex enquiries, getting materials printed, topping up the sweets in the classroom, delivering the training, updating the course materials, designing and planning new courses or working on technical innovations. We are a diverse team in terms of our skills and experience but we share a common purpose and that’s to ‘make it make sense’ for our delegates.

Our training makes a difference in the real world. By raising standards in digital forensics we are providing our customers with the skills and knowledge they need to prosecute paedophiles, prevent terror attacks and investigate any crime where digital data exists.
